TSIMAG/WAAIMAG – We Are All Immigrants is an independent, non-profit humanitarian magazine dedicated to defending human rights, institutional transparency, and the dignity of migrants.
The magazine is published under the title WE ARE ALL IMMIGRANTS – TSIMAG, ISSN 3101-4348, as a bilingual digital magazine published in Madrid, Spain, by the SSI-INMORTALIFE ASSOCIATION.
In this initial phase, the organization is managed by its internal team, along with members, affiliates, and a national and international volunteer network committed to the project's humanitarian mission.
To mark the official launch of the 2026 edition, we are opening this call for volunteers and professional collaborators to form a multidisciplinary team that will contribute to the launch, consolidation, and expansion of the magazine.

TSIMAG/WAAIMAG is launching a special call for volunteers and strategic collaborators who wish to assume territorial leadership roles in the project's expansion.
These positions are essential for building a global network of chapters and alliances that amplify the organization's humanitarian mission.
All roles are unpaid during the initial phase and are aimed at people with a social vocation, leadership skills, and a commitment to human rights.
🟦 6. EXPANSION STRATEGY – OPEN POSITIONS
Below are the four levels of expansion and the volunteer profiles we are looking for at each level.
🟩 6.1 LOCAL EXPANSION
Position: Local Coordinator (Volunteer)
Main Functions
• Implement the TSIMAG/WAAIMAG local strategy.
• Organize events, workshops, and community activities.
• Collect stories, testimonies, and real-life cases of migration.
• Establish partnerships with NGOs, associations, and community centers.
• Represent the organization at local events.
Ideal Profile
• People active in their community.
• Students or professionals in social work, journalism, law, education, or development cooperation.
• Volunteers with social awareness and organizational skills.

🟧 6.2 REGIONAL EXPANSION
Position: Regional Manager (Volunteer)
Main Functions
• Supervise and coordinate local chapters within the region.
• Facilitate communication, resources, and support between locations.
• Represent TSIMAG/WAAIMAG at regional events.
• Develop programs tailored to the region's needs.
